Creative Thinking Skills is very much in demand this year. Following my success in qualifying as an NLP Practitioner (see me up the trees), I've added lots to my portfolio, particularly The Walt Disney Strategy.

The promoting!nnovation programme I facilitate for Winning Moves Ltd has produced some of my most satisfying moments of recent times (from accountants to zebras).

In November 2005 I indulged on an intensive Skilled Facilitator Course in Texas in the USA. 17 hours of role play later I started to understand what it was to be a content free, process facilitator!
