I've had great success in developing this area of my work pulling on NLP, my experience as Innovation Manager at AEA Technology and the research for my Master's degree.

Now I'm working with many types of companies on the promoting!nnovation programme - using all of my expertise to support people in 'doing things differently and better'.

I'm combining creative thinking skills with outdoor activities as with Radio Aire in Creativity at the Castle.

I still enjoy delivering creative thinking skills on Executive Management Development Programmes including those at Warwick Business School and on the National Graduate Diploma Programme.
